Growing up in the Eastside Bellevue/Kirkland area, Chad Foster always felt inspired by the dynamic growth and opportunities in the greater Seattle real estate market. With a family background in commercial real estate, Chad's passion for meeting others' needs and his dedication to providing top-notch service have been the cornerstones of his successful career as a real estate agent.
Chad is committed to making the home buying and selling process enjoyable for his clients. Chad finds joy in golfing, playing pickleball, BBQing with family and friends, and spending quality time with his wife Baylee, their two sons, Harvey and Holden, and their French bulldogs, Oscar and Earl. He and his family are proud to call Lake Stevens home, enjoying the local amenities and actively participating in the community. Chad believes strongly in doing for others, a value that is evident in both his professional work and personal relationships.

Baylee Foster was raised in Lake Stevens, a charming small town north of Seattle, where she developed a deep appreciation for strong morals and the importance of prioritizing essential aspects of life, particularly customer service. After moving to the Eastside and meeting her husband and business partner, Chad, they returned to Lake Stevens with their growing family and are actively involved in their community.
With a family background in real estate, Baylee's passion for the industry runs deep. To her, real estate and design aren't just professions; they're her calling. She has an exceptional talent for identifying that missing piece of the puzzle, a quality she holds dear when serving her clients.
Baylee is a marketing expert who leverages top-notch media and social marketing networking tools to ensure clients receive the best offers and have their homes presented exquisitely on the market. She is innovative and stays up-to-date on modern real estate laws and marketing skills, offering a concierge approach to real estate, including luxury staging and design for her clients. Baylee is proud of her and Chad’s business, Foster Properties, which they created and run with excellence, a luxury approach, and trusted partners on their team.
Outside of her professional life, Baylee enjoys hot yoga, celebrating holidays, traveling to Mexico, and cherishing moments with her husband Chad and their two boys, Harvey and Holden. She views her role in real estate as an opportunity to form long-lasting relationships built on trust, ensuring every client feels valued and supported throughout their journey.
