When creating the “perfect” bathroom design/layout it is important to think FUNCTION! Let’s be real, we spend a lot of time in the restroom… It MUST work, and work well! Maybe the issue is it’s hard for two people to get ready in the space at the same time. Possible the issue is the counter space, shower space, wishing there was a tub. The awesome thing about renovating a bathroom is IT’S SMALL! This means it won’t cost you an arm and a leg to update it. Sure you can only do so much with the amount of space but if you spend so much time there, you might as well enjoy it. If the floors have been bugging you since you moved in, you’re in luck! Price ARE NOT that bad. Vinyl sheet, Rigid Core, luxury vinyl tile and engineered tile all offer a high level of water, stain, and wear resistance, and they're more comfortable underfoot than the traditional stone or ceramic tile you'd normally find in a bathroom. YOU HAVE OPTIONS! Who doesn’t love options? Painting you vanity could cost a whopping thirty bucks, so worth it. Get new knobs, GAME CHANGER! Replace the vanity mirror or even just your tool set, ESAY! Here’s and idea: Sit down, watch some Youtube tutorials, take a trip to Home Depot, then go crazy! A little update goes a LONG WAY in a tiny space.
